For you the seamless design means there are no seams that can irritate or drill into your vulnerable skin on your lymphedema arm.

Graduated compression

Compression is all about leading lymph fluid away from the affected limb.

Therefore graduated compression is an essential feature in the LympheDIVAs arm sleeves. It simply means that the compression of the arm sleeve is strongest at the wrist and gradually decreases up the arm.

This way you get max help leading the stagnant lymph fluid that causes your lymphedema away from your arm and back to your body.

A LympheDIVAs arm sleeve does exactly that.

Breathable and nice to wear

A LympheDIVAs compression sleeve is 360-degrees circular knit in thin and breathable fabric.

The arm sleeve is made of these materials:

• 80 % breathable nylon
• 20 % LYCRA ®

The composition of materials gives you the ultimate comfort. It also helps you get rid of heat and moisture and transport it away from your arm.

The DIVA sleeve is indeed moisture-wicking: It quickly moves moisture to the surface of the sleeve to dry as fast as possible.

On a hot summer day, you can easily shower your arm (while wearing your arm sleeve) and cool down your lymphedema. Just let the water run under the tap.

You don’t have to worry that the water will stay too long around your elbow and make an infection.
The water will evaporate quite quickly leaving both your arm and the arm sleeve dry again.

The LympheDIVAs arm sleeve comes in 2 compression classes

You have about 100 options when choosing your LympheDIVAs arm sleeve.

The arm sleeve comes in 2 compression classes:

• Compression Class 1 (20-30 mmHg)
• Compression Class 2 (30-40 mmHg)

How do you know which compression class to get?

Well, there are 2 ways to do that:

If you already wear compression sleeves, you can find your compression class there.

Look for the term cc1 or ccl1 – that means you need a compression class 1 sleeve.
If  it says cc2 or ccl2 – then you can go with a compression class 2 sleeve.

The arm sleeve in compression class 1 is for prevention of having lymphedema OR if you have a mild and rather small lymphedema.

A small lymphedema is typically one that doesn’t increase in size but is felt as ache and discomfort in the arm.

Compression class 2 has a stronger compression and is suitable for you who needs more compression.

We also suggest that you ask your therapist which compression class she or he recommends. Your therapist can tell you if you need a compression class 1 or 2 arm sleeve.

3 sizes

All LympheDIVAs arm sleeves are made in standard sizes: small, medium, and large.

That means they’re not customized and adjusted for individual measures.

2 lengths

The LympheDIVAs arm sleeve comes in 2 lengths:

• Short (37-44 cm)
• Long (43-56 cm)

You find your length by stretching out your arm and measuring from your wrist to the spot on your upper arm (bicep) where you want your arm sleeve to end.

A good DIVA-tip is to measure from the bone before your wrist and up to where the arm meets your armpit.

Free of silicone and latex

When purchasing a LympheDIVAs arm sleeve you get a selfholding garment free of silicone and latex.

At the upper part of the arm sleeve you find the Diva Diamond Band that helps your arm sleeve stay up and in place.

Do you need a glove, too?

If your lymphedema is also in your hand, then you can buy a glove or gauntlet that matches your arm sleeve.

You can get a LympheDIVAs compression glove with or without fingers (gauntlet).

Like the arm sleeve the compression glove or gauntlet comes in compression class 1 and 2.
